The heart of an asphalt mixing plant is the mixer with exact weighing of all recipe components in order to produce premium quality and homogenous asphalt mix.
The double shaft compulsory mixer of COMACO guarantees - already after a short
mixing period - an excellent quality of the mixed material.

The mixer organs rotate with high circumferential speed. Due to the special construction and positioning of the mixer organs, the material is in a whirling state and in constant exchange.

Within short, each mineral particle is evenly covered with bitumen.
The mixer lining - mixer arms and mixer blades made of special cast iron - the unique mixer shaft sealing and the mixer direct drive guarantee a high service life.
